Refund Policy
Rewind offers paid subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe (Pro · Direct, Pro · Premium) or Whop (Pro · Elite). This policy covers when and how to get money back.
7-day refund window — Pro · Direct and Pro · Premium
Within 7 days of your first charge, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment, no questions asked. Email us at cjvaleo@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We'll process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days; it typically returns to your card within 5–10 business days after that.
After the 7-day window
All Stripe charges are final after 7 days. We don't issue partial refunds for unused subscription days — instead, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and your Pro features remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Pro · Elite (Whop)
Pro · Elite is bundled with your Trading Ark Elite membership on Whop. Refunds for Elite are governed by Whop's policy, not ours — contact Whop support to request a refund. Once your Whop subscription ends, your Rewind Elite role expires automatically on the next daily Discord check.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a Stripe subscription anytime through Account → Subscription. Canceling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund prior charges (except within the 7-day window). Your Pro features stay active through the end of the current paid period.
How to request a refund
Email cjvaleo@gmail.com with:
- The email address on your Rewind account
- The Stripe charge date you'd like refunded
- (Optional) what didn't work — feedback helps us improve
We review every request and respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you'd like a refund, please email us first — we'll handle it directly and faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback while we're already processing your refund may result in your Rewind account being closed and you being blocked from re-subscribing.
